Diclofenac Sodium 50 mg & Paracetamol 325 mg Tablet IP is a fixed-dose combination of diclofenac (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug [NSAID]) and paracetamol (acetaminophen, an analgesic and antipyretic).

It is effective for short-term relief of painful musculoskeletal conditions, joint pain (e.g., osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis), and skeletal muscle spasms. 

Diclofenac reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, decreasing prostaglandin production at injury sites.
